Please note that resin artworks require approximately 1 day for the resin to harden properly.
Artwork collection: Artworks can be collected from our self-collection point at Hands On Klay Retail Store.
Alternatively, you have the option to arrange for courier delivery of your artwork to your specified address within a week. Additional charges may apply.
It is recommended to collect your artwork within a week to prevent any damages due to prolonged storage. We will not be liable for any damages incurred after this period.
With effect from 2022, in accordance with government safety measures, only vaccinated participants are allowed to enter our workshop venue. Please ensure that you bring along proof of vaccination for verification.
While every care is taken to ensure the safety of your artwork during storage and handling, Hands On Klay will not be held liable for any damages incurred post-collection.
Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their personal information provided during registration.
